We offer high quality Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in a safe and family friendly environment.  We are both competition tested Carlson Gracie black belts who a passionate about the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  We seek to share the Carlson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu with the community.

MA in TESL and Multicultural Education from Loyola Marymount University

I have been training since 2002.  Received all belts up through brown from Franco De Camargo.  Black belt from Carlson Gracie Jr in 2011.
